Exercises that involve repeating the same eye movements IS NOT the best way to support efficient recovery and neuroperformace. Just like manual therapy should be individualized, so should therapeutic exercises.

Complete an advanced eye movement and tissue assessment and plan that integrates the dynamic interplay between neural networks.
Use manual therapy on the ocular and cervical tissues actually driving dizziness, visual symptoms, and eye discomfort. But, manual therapy alone is not enough 99% of the time.
Tell the difference between a ocular, cervical or vestibular, driven presentation so your treatment targets the actual driver, not just the symptom.
Sequence treatment from simple to complex through the eye movement system hierarchy.
Use the brock string, coloured glasses, HART charts, for training the responsivity of the system, suppression, inhibition, performance and more. Not just convergence.
